A: The time of our office worker is Monday to Saturday and from 9:00 to 18:00, if you have any urgent inquiries or questions, you can find our sales team freely in anytime, off-work time or weekends. 2. Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Yes, of course. Please don't hesitate to ask for catalogs from us, but Aisen is specialized in OEM ODM products, we can do as your artworks or original samples.

3. Q: Can I take fee samples?

4. Q: How do you solve the complain if the goods you shipped are wrong or broken?

A: Aisen Beauty was founded in 2007 and exported over 10 years, we have professional team to negotiate with you and follow up your orders, please don't worry about it cause we have to submit samples for approval before production and shipment, we only proceed production after get samples approval. Furthermore, we have QC department to do inspection and testing before packing to select the broken production to avoid your any complains.

5. Q: How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?

A: Whenever your sample or order is shipped, we will pass you the tracking number or shipping documents from our shipping department at the same time by email.
